Pawtners in Crime

Every good operation needs a solid team. Meet the trainers, handlers, and four-legged officers behind Paw & Order – the ones making tails wag and behaviour shine, one paw at a time.

Jennie - Head Trainer & Scent Specialist

Always one step ahead of the nose and has a habit of hiding things in impossible places

Founder of Paw & Order, Jennie launched the business in 2024 to bring her structured, skilled, and fun approach to dog training to teams across Norfolk and Suffolk. With years of hands-on experience and instructor training under a Master Dog Trainer, she’s also completed a range of IMDT courses and holds a NASDU qualification in drug detection handling.

Jennie’s true passion is scent work – and when she’s not helping clients sharpen their dog’s skills, she and her dog Apple are out on the job, tracking down narcotics. She’s also the creative force behind our agility courses and obedience routines, always bringing fresh ideas to the training field. If your dog’s ready to focus, follow, and flourish – Jennie’s your woman.

Stacy - Scent Work Instructor & Multi-Dog Mum

Known for creative searches, big laughs, and dogs that work their socks off (for cheese).

With three dogs of her own – each with their own quirks and training goals – Stacy knows that no two dogs (or handlers!) learn the same way. What they all agree on, though? Scent work is where the fun begins. Whether it’s UK Dog Sports, Mantrailing, or searching for fun, her gang love nothing more than putting their noses to good use.

As an instructor, Stacy has completed her Puppy Instructor training with the IMDT, but it’s scent work that really lights her up. She’s trained with Detector Dog, Scentwork UK, and UK Scent Sport to deliver engaging, confidence-building courses.
